Executing any legal activity for the others in the Land of Israel for promoting the civil rights in Israel, including sending representatives of the association to the diverse committees of the Knesset and/or for dealing with the Knesset members, in order to promote social laws which can improve and/or promote civil rights in Israel. Helping the others in Israel in any legal way, including delivering consultation and advising in governmental offices and/or local authorities and/or the social insurance etc. for utilizing their rights at the diverse authorities. Delivering an assistance to needy persons in any field in which the association can help, including an economic and/or legal assistance through putting legal advisors in the service of needy persons and those who turn to the association etc.
