Worked in the research and development, Target discovery department at Bayer (Schering) Pharmaceuticals headquarters (Berlin, Germany).Performed a broad spectrum of immune cell assays with different primary human immune cells and cell lines as well as with immune cells after siRNA knockdown.Conducted immuno-phenotyping and quantitative assays for assessment of transcription factor regulation.Involved in the generation of primary immune cell samples for genome-wide gene expression profiling.
