As a result of this landmark case, not only was the secondary divisional of our client was allowed to be filed and examined, innovators are again able to seek protection they specifically desire for their inventions, disclosed to the public in Israel. I am personally commended in leading international guides: Chambers & Partners Global , The Legal 500, MIP-Managing Intellectual Property, IAM1000, WTR1000, European Legal Experts, Expert Guides (both Patent & TM categories), and in Who's Who Legal (Life Science & Patents).
