Since 2012 I am in charge of one of the main pillars of the company EOR, PEO, Global Employee Outsource. This role has led me to manage a wide portfolio of clients from different business areas and nationalities and administer the staff to meet Client’s needs and requests in all the countries where the company is operating - Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, USA, Canada , Mexico.I have over 10 years of professional work experience with a special dedication in administration and extensive work experience in multicultural environments. Experience in salary calculations, EOR , PEO, taxes’ calculations and declarations, project management, operations, developing and monitoring of control system designed to preserve company assets. I am a team player with strong written and verbal communications skills, and able to work creatively under time and resource constraints
