I am a data analyst who enjoys solving problems with data-driven solutions. I feel that data holds valuable information that can be unlocked and harnessed to drive improvement. I use SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools to achieve this.I am educated in data extraction, cleaning, transformation, dashboard development, ETL processes, and statistical analysis. In addition to my data-focused education, my Industrial Engineering background has provided me with a solid set of problem-solving skills in mathematics, programming, and business problems. I have used these skills to drive improvements throughout the Idaho court system and the private sector.My data analysis services have been used in the state of Idaho to improve best practices for sentencing terms, assist in evaluating domestic violence courts, monitor the treatment of minors in our court system, and help ensure equal access to justice. They have also been used at Clark Pacific construction to track costs for each phase of building panel constructions, predict material usage for environmental reporting, and improve manufacturing processes. Furthermore, my skills have been used by Supreme Court Justices, executives, managers, engineers, trial court administrators, district directors, and research analysts to drive process improvements.
