- Conducting Concrete design mix for Normal, Standard, Slip form, Self-compacting, Pump able & Tromie concrete of different grades.- Monitoring and witnessing the tests carried out by Third Party inspection.- Monitor calibration of all testing & measuring equipment.- Calibration of Laboratory Equipment.- Conduct QA/ QC tests in-house laboratory on materials / inspection as per ITP (i.e. aggregate, cement, water, ice, admixture, fly ash for concrete ingredients, and Rapid chloride permeability test, water permeability test, modulus of elasticity, split tensile, flexural tensile strength, cylindrical compression test for concrete).- Reinforcement: Bar Bending Schedule, threading reinforcement bar and engagement of coupler, laying and tying of reinforcement bar as per approved drawing.
