 Reading project design documents (HLD/LLDs) and understand requirements for design. Gathering all topological information per customer/service like equipments’ port, name and ip information during the path, description information(s) related to the service, vlan information(s) related to the service etc. Gathering all related service information per customer/service like IP address(es), vlan information, Bundle Ethernet service information, bandwidth, qos parameters, ospf/rip/bgp information and details, prefix lists related to L3 services, vrf/vpn names and parameters, import/export routes and AS numbers, routing protocol descriptions, VFI information, BGP AS parameters (fake as, substitute as, etc.), ACL and policies per service. Determining customer service type using the gathered information (Point to Point L2VPN, Point to Multipoint L2VPN (VPLS), L3 VPN, L3 Internet service, L3 VoIP service, etc.). Connecting to customers’ equipment (Cisco / Alcatel / Ericsson / Juniper / HUAWEI etc…) and access to the command line. Preparing new configuration for each service according to design. Preparing migration procedure for each customer and inputting into related service sheet in the MOP document.

Analyse the tender’s technical documents and answer the RFPs, find the proper solution and prepare kit-list for RFPs.  Responsible to manage, install, configure and troubleshoot Yapi Kredi Bank’s WAN and own Internet Service Provider (called SuperOnline) WAN. The Bank has up to 500 branch offices, more than 1K Automate Teller Machine (ATM) and Foreign connections (like VISA, Euro-pay, Swift etc.) by Lease Lines or satellite access. Responsible for Bank’s WAN, foreign connections and ISP’s WAN Operation and Troubleshooting by Network Management Tools; Problem fixing, follow-up, solution and reporting. Prepare Network statistical report with Network Management Tools and Problem Reports; Calculate Network utilization, available and performance data. Using the Network statistical report to upgrade the Network.
