Movement and changing operation plans were created with other departments, outsourced services were re-viewed, service procurement contracts were renewed. The great migration was carried out flawlessly with correct time planning• By using SAP for stock levels and equipment management,energy and fuel use, transfers and maintenance service planning were carried out using the SAP system, to prevent theft cases. Service costs and inventory costs were reduced by 7% and by 10% respectively through using outsourcing as a critical business tool.• Applications in re-organization and Business processes were re-evaluated. As a result of the work carried out, changes were made in areas such as reporting to business, under control works and table of OPEX by Admin functions, inventory and asset management for law and finance, recruitment practices for HR; robotic call center by luggage operations for all airports, studies of solar panels for energy production, green airport and other robotic studies aimed at reducing carbon consumption.• For the MENAT region, a system was developed to easily monitor FM services and shared best practices, applications as well as tools among six counties. Build the foundations of a uniform reporting system and integrated with IBM-Maximo.I would like to continue to develop my professional and leadership skills to achieve the next stage in my career of running and executing an operational business unit with a full P&L responsibility as a director to contribute the full business ecosystem and organizational wellbeing for providing a progressive and a sustainable growth.
