- Preparing of necessary reports,- Follow-up of import and export regulations,- Supporting the timely and effective making of imported and domestic purchases,- Working with Planning and Finance departments to ensure that imports are cleared from customs on time and without problems,- Ensuring the tracking of products in the warehouse and obtaining product content approvals before importation,- Coordinating with S&OP Specialist for payment plan of import files,- Being in contact with other country purchases in Zeelandia Global when necessary,- Opening monthly/weekly purchase orders through the system and tracking them with suppliers until delivery to the our warehouse,- Collecting and tracking quality documents requested from our suppliers.

- Receiving the cargos which come from the retailers, splitting them up to related zone staff, unpacking and registering them through the Excel list. - Checking the bills of selling which come with the cargo and answering the incoming calls at the same time,- Communicating with customers for delivery orders and payment reminders,- Supporting the collection department when needed,- Communicating with retailers when necessary situations and transmit it to the Sales Support Team if no solution is found,- Following the inside chat screens and fast acting for the demands which come from the other departments.- Resolving the operational problems.

Entering the datas of e-visa documents to the consulate system.

Supporting the customers about their flight tickets(cancellation&changing) on terminal screens of various airlines. After-sell service.
