In order to achieve these goals it also sheds light on the latest developments in the EU and outcomes of national and international institutional communication platforms between the governmental bodies and business world occasionally.AKDAG co-designed the first bulletin in his first year at TUSIAD (2003) and prepared most or all of its content untill his promotion as the Representative of TUSIAD. This is an Expertise Lesson for the MBA program at the Graduate School of TOBB University of Economics and Technology. This lecture is a managerial improvement package that consists of five modules. This package aims to create "a mental toolbox" for personal and institutional development and includes modules of Strategic Thinking, Scenario Planning, Behavioral Economics, Creative Leadership and Executive Decision Making for public and private institutions that interact in an entrepreneurial ecosystem.This lecture is especially designed to improve personal and institutional skills of professionals at medium and high level managerial positions and professionals who are preparing for these positions.

My responsibilities included:- establishing a credible and sustainable Hub in Ankara- by recruiting exceptional young people,- inspire them with the strong potential of the Community and the World Economic Forum,- lead them to create viable projects by assessing the needs of various communities in Ankara and help them decide where to start,- connect the Hub with various private and governmental stakeholders,- arrange Meet the Leader sessions for the Hub to improve cognitive abilities,- help the Hub start shaping the world with small, but influential projects, (one of our projects were chosen to be supported by the community partner Abraaj Group)- assign a Vice Curator and other duties in the Hub,- transfer the Curatorship to a strong candidate (selected by the Hub) at the end of my one year term.

During university studies; worked as a Stock Exchange Dealer and an Investment Advisor for a private company operating within the framework of Istanbul Stock Exchange (Borsa Istanbul), as a Computer Instructor for some private companies and Ankara University, as a Sports Instructor on various areas and worked at a survey engineering company as a part of the family business.
