• Providing consultancy to start-up companies in different industries on the determination of business strategies and the organization of business development activities• Coaching individuals on their journey of awareness and personal development (life coaching)

• Executing various system monitoring, performance, tuning, configuration, capacity planning, change management, end-user support, and troubleshooting functions in SAP Basis domain,• Performing production support for the tickets as per the aligned SLA submitted by end-users, proposing and executing configuration changes and enhancements to the existing system to resolve production support issues,• Working with all the business management and analyst stakeholders to gather requirements, solving business problems, and defining new business processes.*** Planned and developed two new products for the company, including SAP SoD & Role Tool (SoDA) and SAP Licensing Tool (LiMon). Tools won the award in IDC CIO awards in 2018. Thanks to SoDA, and LiMon, 30 man-day projects were able to complete within minutes. In this way, the sustainability of the projects was ensured as well as reducing the carbon footprint.

• Responsible for user creation & deletion activities for all live projects, supporting and monitoring project landscape, and performing root cause analysis, • Providing transport management, transporting the requests to test and production systems on ECC, BW, APO, and SNC,• Analyzing the generated EWA reports, generating new reports for specific groups, distributing them to responsible groups, and installing new development, quality, pre-production, and production systems.
