Account Manager - Technical Partnerships
CurrentBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key clients: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts by identifying their needs, pointing out opportunities and finding ways to meet or exceed their expectations. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: Identify and onboard new prospects by reviewing advertiser API specification and initiating implementation.Developing account strategies: Define strategic account priorities, consult advertisers on technical development opportunities and pitch new products and features to increase revenue.Collaboration with internal teams: Close collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Product, Connectivity to funnel feedback on customer needs and troubleshoot potential issues that may arise.Monitoring and reporting on key metrics: Keep track of key performance metrics (commercial & technical) and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
