I believe that my previous jobs under United Nations and NATO flags have given me experience required to work in an international environment. My international experience and military career as an infantry officer and later as an army aviator, mostly in commanding positions, at various level units and headquarters have given me the experience of commanding and managing skills, as well as a basic knowledge of civil emergency planning in fields such as civil and military aviation, logistics, security, civil protection, communications, transport, medical matters, and the roles of civil emergency structures.My military career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi-national projects, in conceptual thinking, modern leadership methods and developing others. I am familiar with the interrelationships between NATO HQ, the NATO Strategic Commanders, national, civilian and military authorities as well as UNITED NATIONS, IOs and NGOs.
