Managing all facets of establishment and development of NCC with international board and local team. NCC undertook contracts worth $21 million by end 2008. Number of staff increased from 20 to 250 in three years. NCC was the first construction company in Georgia to obtain ISO 9001 quality certificate in 2007. NCC created a joint venture for HVAC (Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) works due to lack of expertise in the country.
