Job Description of Regional Supplier Purchasing Manager @ RENAULT- Responsible for the achievement of the performance committed with both companies, within his/her commodity for his/her regional scope- Manage commodity buyer (for parts) and buyers (for non-parts)- Works in close communication with Renault and Nissan Purchasing Project Managers (projects, mass production, and After-sales) to reach regional projects’ objectives- Main indicators – Key deliverables:*Cost reduction purchasing performance in height and impact*Quality (PPM), Logistic (Service rate)*Key deliverables : Supply, Supplier Nomination, Purchase orders /contracts*Create the supplier panel & manage sourcing activity- Management Way:*As leader, to align teams members’ actions with Renault and Nissan strategy*As coach, to develop teams members performance and make them accountable through a close relationship and delegation rules*As pathfinder, to guide teams members in driving change and innovation Job Description of Purchasing Engineer @ RENAULT- Demand & Treat the Modifications in project and serial life - Prepare the Economical Synthesis and attend the decision meetings- Participate Diversity Reduction / MZK 2.0 /THANKS / Commodity Workshops etc..- BenchMark w/ other OEM's vehicles- Cost Break Down supply & analyse meetings w/supplier- C.O.S.T Note preparation/pre-publish analyse with finance team- Negotiate w/ suppliers by using purchasing levers- Manage Price Variations / Orders / Visibility / Capacity / Change of Production / Packagings- Project Nominations * Sourcing Plan declaration * RFQ sent & Follow Up * Before Nomination meetings , final calls * LOI & Contrat * Contrats of References creation * Project Modifications Follow Up * QCDPs preparation & presentation * ANPQP Follow Up * Project to Serial Life final price declarationJob Description of R&D Engineer @ RENAULT- Focusing on TDC reduction by making Monozukuri supplier meetings and Supplier Task forces- Discussing synergy ideas (local integration, right content/sizing, Quick win, diversity reduction) with technical center by presenting subjects - Piloting economy ideas,making coordination with purchasing,quality,fabrication and logistic departments until the serial application - Contributing the validations, following the planning of the suppliers and ensuring the quality of the part- Forecasting the opportunities and the risks and finding back-up solutions- Benchmarking with other OEM's products- Menaging the sourcing changes with purchasing department
