I have more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, mainly telecommunications but also covering other technological sectors.I’m always trying to be a key human resource in any organization, alimenting the ability to successfully execute ideas. Something that I believe is what separates a dreamer from an entrepreneur attitude. I believe also that Team-work is essential for realizing organizational goals. In many years managing international teams and addressing successfully the market, I realized that a key point is represented by how you are connected to your team, how you are genuinely interested in their participation and welfare.
