Work with the resorts to facilitate the process of paying all vendors of the Urban Resorts in a timely manner. Work with Accounts Payable at the resorts and at the corporate office to ensure invoices are received and purchase orders created. Working with vendors to set up vendor files and keep all information current. Trained in PeopleSoft Procurement software, OnBase and Coupa.

Worked with applicants to set up interview, interview applicants over the phone and take sufficient notes for hiring managers, provide feedback to candidates, and make recommendations based on my conversations with the candidates. Worked with 800 applicants to find a winter seasonal position, hired about 50% of those in to a position. Trained in SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft HR and AppointmentPlus scheduling. Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneNote.
