As the Head of Partner Operations at CarTrawler, I spearheaded the development and execution of our strategic priorities within the partnerships team. My focus is on driving value and maximizing returns for CarTrawler through the successful implementation of our strategy. This involves streamlining our core workflows for partner renewals, identifying new revenue opportunities, enhancing partner relationships and our team’s tech stack. By fostering collaboration and innovation, I helped position CarTrawler as a leader in the industry increasing our partner renewal rate from 94% to 99.5%.

As Head of Partner Proposition at CarTrawler, I developed and executed a comprehensive strategy to enhance how our partners perceived and engaged with our unique value proposition. My role involved driving initiatives to better understand partner needs, measure their satisfaction (NPS), and elevate our partner proposition. I led cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals, implemented a robust partner feedback program, and addressed expectation gaps through data-driven insights and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

In this role I was accountable for the P&L for the EMEA segment of the CarTrawler business. I Led a cross-functional team of analysts, marketers, account managers and developers to identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic product opportunities that aligned with partner and market needs. Acted as the Product Owner for CarTrawler’s lead product, SmartBlock, managing product integration requests across CarTrawler partners and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact product features. Scoped financial growth opportunities in the EMEA market, quantifying potential uplifts from new initiatives and highlighting areas of focus for product development. Utilized financial forecasting and data analysis to guide strategic planning and measure the success of new product initiatives. Collaborated closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with product vision and driving overall business performance.

Spearheaded the successful migration of CarTrawler’s CMS to Contentful, including domain migration and a complete frontend relaunch. Ensured smooth execution and minimal disruption to operations. Managed the procurement, development, and rollout of the new CMS, establishing an educational onboarding program to ensure seamless adoption and usage by internal teams.SEO & Market Strategy Execution: Developed and executed CarTrawler’s SEO strategy, closely monitoring P&L performance, and delivering regular reports to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. SEO Project Management: Led the SEO team in implementing key initiatives such as internationalization, content optimization, and schema markup, driving improvements in organic search visibility and user engagement.
