LPIS (Land Parcel Identification System)The puposes of this project is to digitise and create the seamless geo-database of whole Turkey composed of digitization of initial LPIS covering nationwide agricultural surface (arable , grass lands and pastures, vineyards, olive groves and other permanent crops) in addition to digitization of non-agricultural areas outside/inside the pysical block containing selected landscape features for GAEC's purposes and selected area-based measures of the Rural Development Plan (RDP) and Digitization remaining "gaps" (forests, water bodies, rocks, etc.) to avoid the identification and declaration of agricaltural parcels by farmers in non-eligible areas
