I am a passionate educator and an educational leader with experience from around the world, mainly in Australia and the US. I taught Math, Physics, Character Education, and English as a Second Language. I believe every student is different and can learn. I strongly advocate supporting every student to achieve their highest potential. An educator is a role model and believes in lifelong learning. As an educational leader, I assume the responsibility to grow my staff and mentor them to become leaders. I enjoyed many achievements personally and celebrated the achievements of my students. Rigorous education and high academic results with a high percentage of university entrance have been my track record for many years as a principal. I always promoted students' involvement in extracurricular activities, participation in academic and talent competitions, and exploration through interstate and international trips. As a science major, I have a STEM focus with hands-on skills. I learn very fast and am very confident with technology. I am married and the father of five talented daughters.
