Administered ISO 9001 Quality Standard certification process in Fatih District Police which had more than 1000 officers at the time. Designed work-flow charts for each unit, developed standard procedures documentation, created a feed-back mechanism for the public using the department’s services. Attended joint working groups with foreign counterparts to represent the Ministry of Interior. Participated in twinning project meetings with the EU delegations for the purpose of increasing standards up to European Standards. Supervised in different departments such as Interpol and Foreign Relations Departments.

Sudan

Oversaw the situation of the Internally Displaced People, and wrote their situation back to United Nations Mission HQ. Coordinated daily and other timely reports and submitted them to the mission HQ.Attended scheduled meetings with the Head Office in Sector West and other departments to coordinate mission’s objectives.
