Providing support in the fields of taxation and social insurance is also my responsibility.- Comprehensive process consulting and process optimization in the area of tax compliance- Preparation of Income tax returns- Appraisal of income tax effects for already existing or planned cross-border employee assignments- Tax planning advice with regard to international employee assignments- Tax planning advice on individual remuneration components, for instance salary splits, severance packages, stock options, share matching plans, etc.Additionally, I am responsible for conducting Tax Due Diligence studies within the body of M&A services, analyzing financial data of the target entities, pointing out potential risks, calculatingpotential exposure amounts, preparing ad‐hoc reports; leading audit team; sustaining taxadvisory projects, submitting opinions for the questions addressed by international clients;and taking part in tax structuring projects.

Assignment - Italy / Global Mobility Services My main role was providing support to the tax team both for technical and managerial issues. I was responsible for tax equalization and cost projection projects. As an additional role, I started and implemented an internal project with some colleagues for keeping track of services and billing. I also worked as a bridge between Turkish expatriates in Italy and technical team by setting up tax meetings.
