During my 15 years of professional life, I have been worked as a software engineer, software architect, team lead, project manager and finally IT manager.In my career, which started with software engineering and application architecture, I worked in the development processes of distributed corporate applications. Afterwards, I took responsibility in the management of multi-domain projects int retail loans, corporate loans, cash management, call center, treasury and collection teams during project management years.At this point of my career, I am managing analyse, development and system&network teams in Qnb Finansinvest. I have responsible of whole IT processes such as vendor management, compliance processes, IT budget management, project life cycle management, priority processes, performance management and capacity management.Every responsibility that I have taken in different fields during my career has improved my way of doing my job. With this wide experience and customer-oriented approach, I contribute to the companies I work with.
