Coordinating with the appointed agency in order to determine delivery expenses for any given port (via shore, barge etc.) and tracking all of the orders, ensuring timely delivery to the vessel by coordinating with forwarders and local agents.Following the invoices of spares in coordination with accounting department, carefully checking the invoices of orders and saving the PMS system with delivery notes which signed & stamped by vessel.Reporting the details of purchase process and provide detailed budget report.
