I have been continuing my work serving on the acute and general medical wards. In my role as a Senior House Officer, I practice clinical medicine, lead junior team members, and conduct daily multidisciplinary team meetings on my ward. Additionally, I am actively pursuing interests and development opportunities in healthtech and healthcare policy.

I undertook my FY2 at Lewisham and Greenwhich Foundation Trust (University Hospital Lewisham). Here I undertook rotations in Acute Medicine, ENT and Emergency Medicine where I worked as partof a team of doctors and nurses, with a wide range of patients presenting with varying levels ofacuity.I received exceptional feedback from my TAB (yearly review), PSG (monthly review) and clinical supervisors throughout my placements.Additionally I participated in two research projects that were presented at international conferences.

I undertook my Foundation Year 1 in East Sussex Foundation Trust (Hastings Hospital). I Completed rotations in Acute Medicine, Respiratory, Acute Inpatient Psychiatry and General Surgery.During my work I received 3 clinical excellence awards and the trust-wide South Thames Foundation School E Portfolio Award 2022Additionally I set up training program for Kings Medical students to prepare them for their upcoming posts.

Award Achieved: DistinctionA prestigious fellowship designed to equip clinicians with the skills and experience necessary to make a significant impact in the evolving healthtech industry. Working towards a EduQual Level 7 Advanced Diploma the course focuses on developing skills in lean canvas, market sizing, user validation and medical regulation.

Worked as a doctor’s assistant, a new role created for senior medical students to assist on the wards during the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time of unprecedented staff shortages.

I worked as a COVID support worker at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic on the respiratory and geriatric COVID wards.
