Respond to all inquiries and complaints related to the banks retail banking operations. Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.Build and maintain strong business relationships with all customers and prospective customers through established customer service and sales standards. Maintain confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions. Maintain basic knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.Compute cost of travel & accommodations and book transportation & hotel reservations, Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.

Plan, organize, and manage the details for large group and convention bookings (eg. Ground transportation, activities, set-up, decorations, catering, etc.) Responsible for the management and planning of meetings/conventions and related activities including rate negotiations for large major accounts. Recommends and implements procedural changes and performs as team leader for all staff participating in the event delivery process.
