Committed to creating meaningful change and positively impacting the lives of others, I possess a strong interest and expertise in race equity, financial inclusion, access to credit, appropriate and accessible financial services, access to capital, youth and community work, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and the promotion of STEM to minoritised groups.Throughout my diverse career spanning corporate financial services, charities, social enterprises, and micro-organisations, I have developed a versatile skill set in organisational and project management, program management, marketing and communications, digital marketing, training, mentoring, negotiation, and financial management. Colleagues often describe me as an adept relationship builder, skilled in stakeholder management and problem-solving. I thrive on tackling complex issues, assembling teams, and collaborating to deliver innovative solutions.I am driven to address challenges head-on. When confronted with an issue, I develop comprehensive plans and implement effective solutions. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I have successfully founded social enterprises and micro-organisations, persuading companies, charities, and local authorities to provide funding, equipment, and facilities. Through determination, I have created and delivered transformative programs in areas such as financial education and literacy, STEM and business training, and music education. Now I’m ready for my next challenge where I can continue to use my skills and experience to benefit marginalised groups, particularly in the areas of race equity and financial well being.I’m always open to connection requests from like-minded individuals and welcome conversations about any of the D&I issues that interest me.Thanks for reading and I look forward to connecting!Erel
