I'd like to briefly explain my characteristics, skills, and abilities.I began working at the young age of 16, and I am the son of an artisan father. As a result, I've always prioritized customer satisfaction from a young age. This commitment led me to pursue a degree in tourism management because I've always enjoyed interacting with people and believe I can make a positive impact on them.I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Iskenderun Technical University. During my time at university, I also obtained a pedagogical formation certificate to teach accommodation and travel from Mustafa Kemal University.My professional journey started with ETS Tour in Antalya as a hotel guide, where I had the privilege of working with one of the largest and most luxurious hotels in Europe, the Titanic Mardan Palace. I had the opportunity to serve many famous and successful individuals from all around the world during my tenure there.Following this enriching experience, I returned to my university to continue my education. However, I didn't remain idle; I joined Bayazit Hotel in Iskenderun as a guest relationship agent, ensuring guests had a pleasant stay throughout my studies.Upon completing my education, I decided to return to my hometown, Izmir. I resumed my role as a guest relations agent, this time at Ibis Alsancak by Accor Hotels. Here, I continued to provide top-notch service to guests, a role often recognized as a receptionist.Subsequently, I joined Hampton by Hilton, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our ability to host guests was limited to just five months. This circumstance prompted me to make a significant decision, relocating to Kocaeli.In Kocaeli, I began working with Alisan Logistics, and I've been in the role of a warehouse officer for the past three years.Thank you for taking the time to read about my journey.Now ! I have been merging my past expreinces to Logistics operations especiallity warehouse operations for 3 years.About this reasons, I’d like to developt myself in Logistics Sector.
