I founded my own company in 2010 as an entrepreneur. I led approximately 10-12 people in my business, which supplied food and supplies to many restaurants and similar businesses. I gained personal experience both as an employer and in the field in personnel management, target setting, target allocation, personnel training, fleet management and tracking, budget preparation, sales, stock, shipment, collection and marketing processes. I also managed a restaurant in a big Mall for 5 years. I led 10 employees and one manager in the restaurant. In 2017, I sold the restaurant and sales network. During this time, I worked as general secretary, treasurer and president in many non-governmental organizations. After the pandemic, I founded EteDair Restaurant in April 2021. I planned it as an order-based restaurant chain. I turned it into a restaurant chain that sells mainly through digital sales channels such as Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol and Migros. I gave franchises to 3 dealer candidates and turned it into a restaurant chain with 6 branches in total in a year. I led the team that managed the product supply, courier operations, digital sales channels relationship and business development operations of all branches. I reached 6 branches in Ankara and operated in Çukurambar, Batıkent, Elvankent, Göksu Shopping Mall, Gaziosmanpaşa and Podium Shopping Malls. I led 54 employees, including 3 investors, 6 restaurant managers, 1 foreman, 2 group managers, 1 food engineer, 12 cooks and 20 couriers. In this process, finding new dealer candidates, existing dealer relations, checking restaurant efficiency and operations, analyzing whether the region to be franchised is a suitable location, leasing relations with shopping center managements, business development in restaurant and selling operations, auditing the architectural process at the decoration stage, collecting collection processes of sales to dealers. I managed a large campus with a poolside restaurant, bar, patisserie, à la carte restaurant, tavern, pita restaurant and self-service areas, hosting approximately 5000 visitors per day.I sold my company with all its rights in January 2024. Finally I work as an investment, brand and real estate consultant for companies in the food&beverage industry. I provide consultancy in international and domestic branding, company establishment and franchise operations. I manage the sublease, sale and rental processes together in the Remax Borsa organization
