 Perform risk assessment for Occupational health and safety and Environmental aspects and impacts. Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments for chemicals exposure. Implementing and reviewing environmental management plans and occupational health and safety plans. Set plans for environmental measurements, follow up and approve the outcomes. Leading the monthly meetings for EHS committee members to follow up the safety issues and training programs for new and updated SOP’s. Participate in the management review meetings. Recording and investigating accidents, incidence and near misses to find root cause, corrective and preventive actions and follow up the completion of action. Follow up CAPA related to ISO compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), safety and environment and measure their KPIs. Issue, update and reviews SOPs related to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational health and safety management (OHS MS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). Receive the annual and pre-medical results for employee to comply the outcomes with safety and cGMP requirements. Training the employee on safe working procedures and any other safety and environmental related issues. Coordinate the return of injured workers to the workplace. Follow up the company objectives and measures their KPIs. Issue and update Site Master File of Minapharm pharmaceuticals. Follow up the updates of the Egyptian regulations, international standards and licensors requirements and conduct gap analysis against the current situation. Set the annual plan for, perform and lead the internal audits on the Occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001:2018) and Environmental Management System (ISO14001:2015).
