• Be liaison between QNB Finansbank's Insurance Dept. and Cigna Finans Headquarter to increase sales via new projects and track progress of sales related processes.• Responsible for detailed project plans and campaigns with clear milestones and deliverables.• Increasing Core Distribution Channel Efficiency with Bundled Insurance Products.• Developing Digital Initiatives for Sales Acquisition. (QNB Finansbank & Cigna Finans)• Responsible for managing and sustaining departmental budgets. • Planning and execution of in-house and multi departmental strategies, achieving specific goals and tactics to maximize sales efficiency.

• Work on projects aiming to increase sales efficiency and improve sales related processes.• Be liaison between sales teams and headquarter and define key points& areas of development.• Analyze feasibility of the projects, develop required infrastructure and track progress of the whole process.• Responsible for detailed Project plans clear milestones and deliverables.

• Providing coordination of bank distribution channel and business ( Commercial / Corporate)• Following up and provding broker offers• Incharge of sales and organization of Non Contributary Pension, Employees’ Contracts and Life Group• Providing all kinds of support for increasing Group Pension Contracts
