Tracking the $4.5B+ portfolio’s performance at service level (voice, bulk SMS, connectivity, data center, managed services) on each month and preparing short-term and long term forecasts for each service. Reporting the forecasts, KPIs and project roadmaps to the top management. Redesigned the forecasting process which results in improvement of the accuracy from 8% deviance to 2%. Designing, analyzing and creating tariffs and campaigns which in turn enhanced revenue, profit, and number of subscribers. Formulated Turk Telekom’s first SOHO (Small office/home office) specific tariffs which enabled %22 increase in revenue from these subscribers. Developed the “share of wallet” model for the top-tier customers and created the basis for the pricing of the bundle packages. Structured the portfolio strategy to generate differentiated and profitable market positioning. Analyzed domestic and international market information and business intelligence reports for the creation and maintenance of the right suite of services and bundles to meet the rapidly changing needs of customers. Contributed to the establishment of strategic partnerships with Tepe Security Systems, Teknosa, and Karel Electronics and designed campaigns with 3rd parties to provide integrated customer solutions. Leading the monetary targeting process for different sales groups. Implemented the project prioritization tool for the evaluation of the project feasibility and profitability together with alignment of the ongoing projects with the strategic, financial and customer retention targets. Negotiating the OPEX and CAPEX budget requirement of the marketing team with the finance department.

Developed the operational flight management software of the Turkish Unmanned Aerial Vehicle “Anka” to control mission-critical functions including management of the aircraft subsystems, execution of the autopilot, flight management system and error handling. Coded more than 100.000 source line of code during the implementation phase.
