Information was provided on the working principle of oil pumps used in vehicles and pump types. CAD and CAM programs were used in the machining process of pump bodies and covers. Information was provided on the selection and use of fixtures, tools, and tool holders on CNC machines. Technical drawing reading training and experience were gained.Installation of pump assembly lines and design logic in assembly lines were experienced.Experience was gained on quality control tests (hardness, roughness, master, leakage, etc.). Training was received on preparation and reading of CMM reports of parts.Participated in the production flow chart and received training on planning. Training was given on preparation of PPAP and FMEA reports.
