2002-2011: Created high performance, high available and geo-redundant SMS Server Solutions (as architect and developer). Oksijen SMSC (Short Message Service Center) was deployed in 8 operators worldwide. SMSC and other 2 products are still in use in Vodafone TR. In 2007, designed a solution to solve the problem of in-efficient use of Turkish language in SMS. This has been an important problem for Turkey. In 2008 I attended the GSMA meeting in Athens, and shaped the next version of the standard (v8 of 3GPP 23038 and 23040). The solution is a generic one and it is used for 10+ other languages including Spanish and Portuguese.Improved software life cycle of the company as a member of STAC (Software Technical Architects Committee) which decided on how software will be developed and which software standards should be used in the company. Later on I lead Experts group, which also worked on the same topics, but only consisted of experts.
