Due to the success that stood out in our country by introducing the concept of a supraglottic device in the area of ​​anesthesia, representing a change of mindset for anesthesiologists, headquartered in England requested our support in order to replicate the same positioning in the other countries including Central America, South America, Mexico, some Caribbean Islands and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI) .This new project and challenge led me to a short age of twenty two years to connect many international relationships, my job was to train local distributors to replicate the positioning in each of their countries. Additionally, as part of the work agenda and support for each distributor I attended government institutions, universities to provide training to doctors, military institutions and the most influential hospitals and clinics.As a consultant I work also in the operating room next to each doctor.Gradually this work paid in each of these countries after this my international work changed, and I was able to focus on the national introduction of other healthcare products always with great focus on anesthesia, additionally I was in charge of orthopedic products , intensive care unit, neonatology, emergency services, respiratory therapy, nursing, otolaryngology, nuclear medicine and pharmacy.

I started with the introduction of the concept of a supraglottic device in the area of anesthesia , this concept for 1998 was recently accepted and recognized it meant a change of mentality for anesthesiologists . For the past 100 years the average recognized as safe and accepted was a tube placed into the trachea of the patient, presenting a device placed at the upper esophageal sphincter was viewed with great caution , in short this meant a paradigm shift to something you did for over 100 years and that was functional , there were many occasions where doors were closed and they took me out saying that this was no good . Slowly and clinical strongly support the change occurred and today no anesthetist sees his job without a device of this type in their hands.
