Current• Being in the process of purchasing suitable laser, panel bender and press brake machine according to the capacity plan in the factory setup. • Designing machine layout suitable for lean production, kanban car design and planning.• Preparing cantilever arm steel warehouse and component warehouse layout plan according to the target capacity plan. • Creating sheet metal plate stock planning according to monthly and annual production capacity plan and follow-up purchasing and supply chain. • Creating laser, punch, press brake production work order plan according to the production plan. • Managing blue collar personnel and making job interview with them. • Managing 5S and kaizen activities. • Excellent knowledge of sheet metal design on solidworks and autocad.• Having knowledge about terms such as K factor, Bend Deduction, Bend Allowance, which are effective in sheet metal flat pattern. • Making special mold design that will accelerate the bending process on the press brake. • Having knowledge about laser, punch cutting technology and programming. • Active use of Trutops and Metalix programs.• Having knowledge about the bending center (RAS Panel Bender) program and the working principle of the panel bender machine. • Making pneumatic foam-mold machine design and follow-up supply chain, manufacturing process • Executing design-based improvements together with R&D that will speed up the manufacturing process. • Executing the relevant prototype works together with R&D before mass production of new model products.
