Following the summer internship I am working for the ASH Group as a working student within the marketing and communication department. As I continued my study, I am mainly working independently from home, receiving different assignments similar to my responsibilities as an intern. Thus, I am writing, editing and proofreading different publications (press releases, flyers, product descriptions etc.), designing ads, flyers, posters etc., as well as supporting the maintenance and updating web contents and translating different texts (English←→German).

I was part of a supervised consulting group-project in collaboration with the ASH Group as part of the Master of Corporate Communication at the Università della Svizzera italiana. Our main objective was to evaluate the brand communication Strategy of the ASH Group by analysing the current communication within the company’s touchpoints and evaluating the external image of the firm.

I started working as a cashier in Coop during High School in order to finance my studies. Nevertheless, I could gain relevant working experience by experiencing internal communications, organizational behaviour as well as corporate identity and image from an employee level. Furthermore, I proved to be a good team worker as I was quickly integrated in the team in Spiez or the other outlets I helped out.

I acquired professional experience during more than two intensive months at the ASH Group, where I was supporting the central marketing and communication office. I gained deep insights by working for different projects:- Special Exhibition at the museum of transportation in Lucerne, where I was part of preparing the event by designing labels of the exhibit’s information flyers for employees and dealers as well as supporting the team at the exhibition itself. - Sales promotion, where I was part of the preparation of a CI-Guideline and manuals for internal sales organisations as well as the Showroom concept. - Social Media analysis, where I was responsible to analyse the two product fan pages on Facebook and give recommendations.Furthermore, I wrote different press releases and news articles and translated them (English←→ German) and designed print and online adverts. In addition, I was working with the content management system (CMS) to update the content on the website.
