This project was executed for Mine Ministro Hales, CODELCO in Calama, Chile.Main achievements:- Implemented in 6 months a nonexistent process in Chile to lining steel pipes- Coordinated and manage all the technology transfer process- Reduced the implementation of a liner pipe from 22 to 4 days, through a continuous improvement process in 4 months- Obtain the temporary patent in US

Business Plan teacher for the New Business Diploma. I designed and wrote the course for people who needs tools to be an entrepreneur; the 10 classes the course allow the students write a Business Plan by themselves.

My role was design programs for mining companies, in order to habilitate them to detect talent and innovating ideas with highest growing potential in their business models. The purpose of this programs was allow the connection between the mining company and their suppliers with technical, financial and business knowledge support. I also was the director of the innovating projects portfolio including constructive systems to transport aggressive fluids, and develop new products in HDPE to transfer fluids inside of the heap leach. Main achievements:- Design the program for mining cluster in Chile- Design the Providers Development Program (PDP)- Design and execute the first "Share Value Program" for Anglo American, implemented with 36 entrepreneurs through an online platform to connect workers with the local community

I led the professional staff of the Entrepreneurship Platform for Telefonica Chile. With our team, we designed and execute the first corporate business incubator called Movistar Innova. Main achievements:- 1.500 business ideas were analyzed in a five-calls process- 12 new startups were created- USD 2MM sold the startups portfolio- USD 1MM private investment in 2 yearsBefore Movistar Innova, I led the incubator portfolio with more than 60 innovating projects in several areas as IT, health, education, etc. I was also the Coordinator for the Interamerican Development Bank in the project “Promotion of the Entrepreneurial Spirit through a Second Change”.

Project was benefited by CORFO with USD 500M and additional investment of USD 2MM.
