Developing the next generation of exosome base liquid biopsy by immune-enrichment of subpopulation. •Problem solving- Successfully proof of concept for exosome depletion and enrichment within three months from hiring.•Organization- Implementation of experimental design and reporting system within the protein R&D department. Integrated the protein work with the RNAseq department. •Communication- Designed and presented Statement Of Work with large Pharma companies. •Independent thinking- Pursue the development of liquid biopsy for neurodegenerative diseases. •Biomarker development- Lead analytical validation and clinical study of Parkinson diseases biomarker.

Elucidated the roles of exosomes in protein disposal and developed methods to utilize exosomes as blood biomarkers for multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer disease• Technical expertise – Expert in immunoassays (ELISAs and protein arrays) and qPCR, experienced in microarrays, RNAseq and mass spectrometry.• Managerial Experience - Mentored 8 students (4 simultaneously) and worked in a multi-role capacity.• Goal orientation- In less than four years I led 9 projects to successful first-author publication, while effectively collaborating in additional projects. • Leadership - Pioneered exosomes research at the NIA. In three years, the team grew from 1 to 15 scientists devoted to this topic and received a special budget of $1.5 million.• Translational – Led several biomarker clinical studies with overall more than 800 samples.• Collaboration –Coordinated multiple (and diverse) interdisciplinary projects involving clinicians, chemists, biostatician, mouse models and molecular analysis. • Effective Communicator – Winner of the NIA Award for Excellence in Presentation. Presented team results in multiple conferences, 4 times invited speaker.
