As a senior UX strategy and design specialist, I am responsible for leading the planning and design of UX platforms for various SAP solutions. Directly led design and actualization of UX and various projects at the company; mainly for commercial, institutional and academic organizations, including WEB-based applications for mobile and desktop platforms, CRM, performance-testing, and problem-solving to get the most of systems.I was responsible for the company's products, primarily the back office system and client/system management modules. As part of this, I initiated the infrastructures which allowed the company to measure software development and made them leaner, better, and more effective. As most company clients used this system, this process allowed me to improve their user experience and save costs for support while increasing client satisfaction.Establishing a complete HelpDesk system which covered the entire process from identifying client problems until their resolution; including planning and building the system which allowed clients to report, the support teams to repair and update, and company management to analyze events and responses; these also formed the basis for the company' marketing efforts.

I consulted regarding UX/UI processes including developing strategies for companies' digital interfaces and designing specifications used to develop clients' projects and campaigns.

I managed client projects from initial meeting and through to project launch. This included characterizing processes, functionality and flow, visual depiction in UI, and the technological realization by the developers. I worked with commercial companies such as Aminach and American Comfort (leading Israeli brands in their field), support communities such as Bezeq International's BSupport (a leading Israeli telecom provider), and artists organizations such as Acum.

I managed SEO projects – defining goals, keyword research, link generation, and creating content for the company's clients. I was also responsible for website building projects from initial design until actual creation.
