Erfan Daliri is a social change strategist, author, educator and a Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion consultant. Erfan is a highly sought-after anti-racism speaker and consultant, with a background in community development, communication strategy, multicultural affairs and systems thinking for social change.As a systems thinking specialist, Erfan provides strategic consulting, executive coaching and professional development in the areas of race equity, social cohesion, organisational change and cultural review to private, public, and not-for-profit clients internationally. Erfan is currently the CEO of Kind Enterprises, and has been a Board Member of the Cultural Diverse Alliance of Tasmania, a Fellow of the Post-Growth Institute, and the Founding of Newkind Social Justice Conference. He has a Masters in Communication for Social Change from the University of Queensland, and 20 years of experience in social cohesion, migration settlement services, community building, cross-cultural communication, youth empowerment and social change education.
