Worked as a consultant for a mortgage broker where my core responsibility has been the creation of an operating model that would facilitate the growth objectives the business.My passion is streamlining business processes, simplifying reporting systems through automation,and most importantly providing accurate and relevant insights through data analysis.

My role was to provide operational support, planning and business analysis reporting to the head of sales. Manage and review both sales and marketing strategies and campaigns. Provide reporting and analysis where required throughout the sales cycle, milestone planning, and forecasting for sales cycles.Ensure various sales and reporting processes are in.

My responsibilities involved setting business expectations, (Targets), the communication, and execution of those targets to various stakeholders within the business. Under the remuneration, I was responsible for the development of various sales incentive plans for sales managers where the main objective was to not only commission a plan that was in line.
