➢ Providing technical support to site where team is not able to resolve the issues➢ Software update monitoring / Checking for default parameter value➢ Monitoring of daily errors and analysing repeated errors with solutions.➢ Planning and monitoring of Oil change, lubrication, YDPD, TCI, predictive analysis.➢ Forth nightly in high wind and monthly in low wind analysis on generation / Power curve / any other deficiency. Drive MTBF improvement program.➢ Support in inspection RCA, CAPA, Handling customer queries / analysis, SPOC for VAP coordination, Monitoring of CAPA implementation on major incident.➢ Special project co ordination, Support on testing of new software, WTG IP planning, implementation & monitoring for new upcoming WTG.(It is general practice followed by commissioning team and one time job)

Maintain Machine Availability. Report about abnormalities in WTG to Section In charge immediately. Quick response in case of breakdown of WTG. Damage components to be return to store duly tagged in same site. Troubleshooting as per operation manual with minimum breakdown time.Submission of Breakdown report within stipulated time and with defined accuracy. Use of proper PPEs. Complying HSE norms. Update logbook and records as per shift. Safe work practices with the help of HSE and ensuring safety during troubleshooting. Filling of safe work permit. Ensure carrying of required tools and spares during the breakdown maintenance. Ensure execution of planned maintenance of WTGs to achieve machine availability. Ensure to collect oil samples for testing. Ensure filtration and refiling of oil in gear boxes. Compliance with all systems and processes etc.
