Solution Manager
CurrentAs a Solution Manager in Turkcell Digital Business Services (DBS), I work closely with customers, partners, vendors and internal Turkcell teams in order to create technical solutions and commercial proposals best fit into customers, partners and Turkcell’s interests.I do lead and support technical sales activities, work in a team environment with partners, account managers, product and business development teams as part of sales process by;*Create and lead competitive, winnable deals by using Turkcell DBS solutions and ecosystem partners.*Lead, own and drive technical solutions including (but not limited to) solution strategy and design.*Articulating the business, technical and commercial value of Turkcell solutions and products to decision makers (including senior managers, technical leaders and procurement teams) within internal and external environments.*Work as a domain leader for complex, multi-year sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.Ability to create new business models based on customer’s needs and Partners’ capabilities and Turkcell DBS policies / procedures.*Lead feasibility studies and leading creation of business justification documents to initiate development & innovation projects*Lead Strategic Vendor and Service Provider selections; manage Service Level Agreements and Vendor relations*Provide leadership in Enterprise IT Strategy, operations, cost-optimization, ROI, Business Value models, innovation and efficiency improvements*Recommends investments in cost-effective services. Assess technical and financial impact of solutions, services and staffing, considering option as purchasing & sourcing and/or in-house development*Collaborate with appropriate departments and Group Functions to develop and execute Strategic Information Technology plans to meet technology & business requirements
