I have over 20 years of experience in software development, research, and information technologies (IT). Currently, I am serving as the Project Manager for the TAKBIS 2020 project at TURKSAT, aiming to modernize the land administration and cadastral parcel system in Türkiye.I previously held roles as Software Development Manager and Software Support Manager at the Ministry of Justice. In these positions, I led a team of software developers and researchers responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions for various justice-related applications and systems.Before joining the Ministry of Justice, I worked as a Software Development Specialist at the Information Technologies and Communications Authority. In that capacity, I played a role in the development and maintenance of national IT projects.Prior to that, I served as a Senior Researcher at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, the Informatics and Information Security Research Center, engaging in research and development activities spanning various topics, including simulation and modeling.I have a master's degree in Electronics Engineering from Gebze Technical University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University.I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative and effective software solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of systems serving the public interest. Additionally, I am committed to continuous learning, exploring new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enrich my professional development and deliver high-quality results.
