Over the span of my consulting practice, I’ve worked on some awesome vertical construction and roadway/bridge projects for seriously demanding clients such as the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Navy, US Air Force, Federal Highway, Department of Reclamation, US Parks Department, and the US Forrest Service. I’m well versed in standard practices and requirements of $B Federal construction projects, and I’ve been lucky to work across continental US in some beautiful and historic places.I see my role as CQCSM and SSHO as a relationship builder – not a quality or safety “cop”. I take time to work with people one-on-one to create systems that are valued by all who work within them. I’ve found it’s the only way to create a culture of sustainable quality and safety—and it makes work more fun for all of us.
