Thoughtfully analyzed and configured only relevant firewall rules in thenew Checkpoint firewalls, ensuring a seamless transition. Implemented a robust DMZ structure andsmoothly migrated SSL VPN and site-to-site VPN connections with branch offices to the new firewallenvironment. As the project lead, I efficiently managed the network and security operationsthroughout the carve-out, ensuring a secure and optimized IT environment for both AvivaSa andAksigorta.• Managed Tüvtürks' expansive network and security infrastructure, overseeing a nationwide servicenetwork with 4500 employees across 210 test stations, 5 motorcycle, and 75 mobile stations, alongwith 18 mobile tractor stations. Successfully facilitated approximately 9 million periodical andRoadworthiness Inspections annually. Implemented primary MPLS lines and ADSL or GSM backupconnections for most stations, ensuring reliable connectivity to the headquarters. Administeredsecurity and network equipment, including Juniper and Cisco firewalls, wireless access points, Blue Coat SG for web filtering, and Authentication and AccessControl for wireless users. Led a team supporting the test stations and developed standardconfigurations for the installed network and security equipment.
