With more than 20 years of experience as an HSE Professional, I dedicated majority of my career establishing positive safety culture in the organisations I worked for. I had the opportunity to experience many high risk industries during the course of my career, including Construction, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Manufacturing and Telecommunications. I also worked in HR domain, which gave me access to the necessary skills to excel more in human interactions, coaching&mentoring and people management. Now, in this chapter of my career, I share my experiences with organisations as a consultant and help them to create, design & maintain a Positive Safety Culture.
