My career has developed primarily within the Natural Resources Sector where I have successfully delivered multi-faceted environmental programs involving biosecurity, water quality, soil conservation, ecological restoration and terrestrial landscape rehabilitation for the Government, private and not for profit sector. With more than 9 years industry experience I have gained extensive knowledge in environment restoration and management systems, environmental legislation and government regulations.Specialised in Farm Forestry, With extensive knowledge & working experience in: - Hard Wood & Soft Wood High Forest Plantations.- Management by Coppice. - Short Rotation for Bioenergetic Industry - Reforestation: Including also land restoration and rehabilitation projects, plantation management, forest protection, audit processes and procedures for wide variety of government and private stakeholders. - Water resource management:Successful in winning and delivering projects in Erosion control & Creek restoration and rehabilitation.- Ecological conservation programs: Various restoration projects to enhance conditions of native flora, fauna, and cultural heritage to reduce the impact of humans on the environment, and to foster a greater appreciation of our natural habitats.
