Reports to Danone Waters Turkey Industrial Director with 9 direct reports.Manage Production, Quality systems, Purchasing, Planning&Logistics, Maintenance Departments. Manage the Plant team of 147 employees ,9 white collar,138 blue collar with the authorization of OPEX,CAPEX,COGS,and Head Count budget of  20 mio. TL Controllable cost.Responsible for all operational parameters including HSE,cost, output,speed, delivery performance ,quality and employee motivation.Implementing Danone “Damaway” Production excellence and WISE2 Safety culture standards in line with the procedures.Implementing Productivity, capacity increase projects in Burdur Factory. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.Leading “Digitalization “ management in Danone all water Factories.Leading Burdur plant team effectively to reach the targeted KPI’s throughout the requirements of The Danone Company and the Integrated Management Systems; ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and FSSC 22000.Manage relations with local authorities.

Breakdown and planned maintenance activities of electrical & electronics& pneumatic equipments.Implementing the reliable continuity of PLC based automation systems, communication systems, all electrical&electronics equipments in the factory.New investments responsibilities in the field of electrical & electronics side.Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 quality management systems activities.

Management of maintenance & failure check demands via computer system and planned maintenance.To implement breakdown-maintenance activities for GasTurbine Generator (4,2 MW),and STG (11MW) with operation team of the machines.
